A) Open Instagram as shown in the image below. It’s the application that takes camera lens as their app photo. In case you’re as of now signed into Instagram, doing this will take you to the landing page which is your HOMEPAGE.

B) Press    to go to your profile which is at right bottom of your page. Hereafter, tap the 3 horizontal three lines on the top right corner on your profile page

C) Click on the “Help” button in settings of your Instagram profile :

D) After tapping on the “Help” button, immediately go to “Help center” as below:

E) A window called “Instagram Help Center “will open. It will show you many options to select, among them tap “Managing your Account” button

F) Tap on “Delete Your Account ” as shown in the image below (You can also select temporarily disable your account option if you wish to come back on Instagram to use it again with the same username)

G) Choose “Delete your account”  from the menu as show in the above image. When you tap on it, pop will appeared and the Instagram will ask you the reason why are you deleting your account. Select you reason, why are you’re leaving Instagram, may be these is optional step.

F) After selecting reasons click on Delete, you need to log in again for security reasons (in case you forgot the password, select forgot password). After successful login, tap on the red button called “Permanently delete my account”.

G) After following these steps, Your account will be deleted successfully.
